Ready to sell your home?  Wonderful.

My marketing plan will help you get the most money out of your investment.  My team will market your home from the first day to the very last day we do business together.

Here is my marketing plan that our clients receive.
Preparation:
We will view your home through the eyes of a buyer.  We'll provide you with many of our tips to address interior design, outdoor living spaces and curb appeal.  First impressions need to be their best.

Staging:  We all love our "stuff", and rightly so.  Life gives us many moments to treasure.  However, when it comes time to sell your home, we want the buyers to envision the home as their own.  Picture your home as a model home filled with a neutral feel throughout, allowing others to envision your house for sale as their dream home.  It's time to start packing the small stuff so you don't have to sweat the small stuff.

Pictures and video:
If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much value will you get out of our photo and video sessions?  We'll make sure your home shows like a magazine spread or a box office hit.

Online presence:
We subscribe and hangout in all the right places.  Our professional memberships will ensure your home is showcased on the top consumer websites, such as realtor.com, trulia, zillow and many more.  In fact, we syndicate to over 350 of the top websites giving global marketing exposure.

Peer to peer:  We make sure your home will be represented well in the broker community.  Our membership and relationships with many brokers allow us to present your home within the broker community to see if we can find a great match for you in short order.  We'll even hold open houses exclusively for our broker community.

Social:  We have a great online social media marketing campaign which allows us to get your neighbors talking.  We leverage technology to help you get maximum exposure to all facets of potential buyers.

Local marketing:
We'll let your neighborhood know all the details of your homes debut on the market.  Quite often it's our effort of going the extra mile that allows us to find a buyer close to home.
